Employment Pathways / Social Housing

Employment Pathways is a NSW Government initiative to support young people who reside in social housing to identify career goals and develop skills to find and retain employment. The program focuses on community engagement and assisting participants to build self-esteem and resilience. By connecting with and established relationships in social, employment services and employers, we are able to help address individual barriers and provide a positive pathway for our participants to achieve financial and personal independence and “move forward”.
